Fixed issues

- Content of diagnostic messages from RapidPro System:
  - Now, messages contains the correctly text about the reason of a 
    diagnostic issue.

- Monitoring on module SC AI10/1:
  - Now, the last channel (channel 10) can be monitored correctly.
